How information is shared
Contact-form messages are delivered to Public Safety Direct’s sales team through our Microsoft 365 email service. Our website is hosted on Synology infrastructure. We do not sell or rent information submitted through the contact form.
Our contact page includes a Google Maps embed. If you use that map, Google may collect information under its own privacy practices. Please review Google’s privacy information before using that service if you have questions.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information; however, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask questions about, request access to, or request correction or deletion of your contact-form information by emailing Sales@publicsafetydirect.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.
Children and sensitive information
This website is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information, law-enforcement-sensitive information, or other confidential information through the contact form.
